Senior Virtual Environment Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtual Environment Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating photorealistic environments using Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred).

The Senior Virtual Environment Artist will be responsible for building and optimizing large-scale environments, 3D asset development, digital twin integration, performance optimization, art direction & mentorship, collaboration, pipeline management, and quality assurance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize high-quality virtual environments in UE5.
  • Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets.
  • Import and integrate CAD/BIM/Revit and IoT data into interactive environments.
  • Optimize scenes for real-time performance.
  • Set visual standards and provide feedback to junior artists.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical specs into compelling visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on UE5 (architectural visualization/digital twins).
  • Core Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of UE5 for environment creation.
  • Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills.
  • Proven ability to import/optimize CAD/BIM/Revit files.
  • Lighting, shading, and material creation (PBR workflows).
  • Technical Skills:
  • LOD generation & asset optimization for real-time rendering.
  • Familiarity with Blueprints (basic interactivity).
