Project Manager for Finishes

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality finishes for state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and architects to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Oversee interior construction management, scheduling projects, and monitoring progress.
  • Align with construction teams and leaders to ensure timely completion and quality control.
  • Develop and manage budgets, valuations, and billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with MEP and other project participants to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Monitor key milestones, productivity improvement, and snag rectification before handover.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with 2 years in team management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and BIM tools.
  • Experience in hospital and hotel projects is preferred.
