Chief Financial Strategist

Job Overview:
A seasoned finance professional is sought after to spearhead the financial operations of a manufacturing plant. This key role entails overseeing various aspects of the company's financial health, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations, and driving strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to improve overall plant performance.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the financial planning process.
- Accounting and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and timely financial reports for management.
- Compliance & Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Cost Management & Efficiency: Lead initiatives to optimize financial operations, enhance cost efficiency, and provide financial analysis for plant costs and variances.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team within the plant.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, acting as a custodian of the organization's risk register.
- Stakeholder & Auditor Relations: Coordinate with auditors, manage audit processes, and provide financial information and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant and proficient in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above, with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting.
