Technical Asset Valuation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Asset Valuation Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing in-depth industry, market, and competitor research. This includes analyzing valuation models, identifying new revenue streams, and maintaining relationships with key builders and developers. The role also involves liaising with valuation agencies, real estate developers, and local government bodies to gather market data and analyze trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to inform asset valuation models
  • Analyze valuation models to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Maintain relationships with key builders and developers to ensure repeat business and generate new revenue streams
  • Liaise with valuation agencies, real estate developers, and local government bodies to gather market data and analyze trends
  • Build and maintain project databases to track progress and provide periodic reports to management
  • Identify and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with property, project, and market developments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in the field of asset valuation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
