We are seeking a skilled business valuation professional to join our team.

Our company is a boutique valuation firm registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the Securities & Financial Assets class.

We deliver independent, fair, and transparent business valuations tailored to diverse needs, from startups to corporates managing mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

This full-time role involves conducting business valuations, performing financial modeling, and providing analytical support across various valuation projects.

Collaborating with clients, preparing detailed valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards are key responsibilities.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and valuation methodologies is also essential.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation methodologies
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertise
  • Solid understanding of Finance principles and concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a valuation or finance role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
