Valuation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced business valuation specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in performing and managing business valuation engagements for both financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting.
The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in business valuation, with a strong background in financial management software and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform and manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting
- Reviewing of 3rd party valuations
- Assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data
- Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.
- Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc.
- CFA, CA, MBA or similar qualifications
- Proven experience in business valuation
- Ability and interest to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial management software
- 8+ years' experience in business valuation field
