Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Capital Leader to develop and execute the human resources strategy in support of our overall business plan and strategic direction. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our goals.
- Advise our executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan aligned with business goals.
- Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the talent acquisition team is equipped to meet them.
Talent Acquisition and Management
Lead recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Develop strategies for talent retention and career development.
Performance Management and Employee Development
Design and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive organizational performance. Implement training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills. Promote leadership development initiatives for high-potential employees.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Build and maintain positive employee relationships to boost engagement and morale.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees. Conduct market analyses to ensure salary structures remain competitive.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Utilize HR analytics to track metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment effectiveness. Provide regular updates and recommendations to the executive team based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies at a senior level.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
