Job Title: Program Director

Join our team as a Program Director, where you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Livelihood program at a district level.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people from underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team delivering the Livelihood program at a district level, managing resources, staff, and local partners to ensure the full offer of the program is available to youth.
  • Achieve targets at each stage of intervention, including mobilisation, needs assessment, skills training delivery, and placement in work or education.

Requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of MIS and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage people and time
  • Strong people and communication skills
Program Description:

The Livelihood program aims to equip young people with essential life and employability skills through two distinct programs - the Adolescent Programme and Livelihood Programme.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead this program and drive results.

Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Qualifications:
Graduation in any stream
At least 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, with 2 years at a leadership role
