As a successful Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with Insurance partners and Business Partners to drive sales growth. Your key objectives will include:

  • Recruiting POSP and Business Partners to sell Life/Health Insurance
  • Providing training and sales call support to POSP/Business Partners
  • Building strong relationships with all Insurance partners and Business Partners to ensure seamless function operation
  • Ensuring regular meetings with POSP/Business partners to generate leads on an ongoing basis
  • Executing lead generation activities weekly to facilitate recruitment and sales
  • Responsible for POSP recruitment and activation monthly with LIFE, Health/Motor insurance
  • Maintaining high-quality recruitment and sourcing of Business opportunities as per company and IRDA guidelines
  • Responsible for Renewal collection from next year onwards
