Job Summary

Oversee contract management and ensure efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate primarily during European hours with exceptions for India hours
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for asset/contract management
  • Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain high team performance
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary
  • Oversee asset use and management within the ServiceNow platform
  • Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities
  • Responsible for training and development opportunities for team members
  • Demonstrate winning together values in this role
  • Manage resourcing requirements
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensures high staff performance
  • Attend to written/electronic correspondence and liaise closely with functional teams for day-to-day operations
  • Act on team feedback and resolve issues or conflicts within the team
  • Apply matrix organization guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within ServiceNow with 7-12 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people for delivering outcomes
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
