Leadership Position in Real Estate Sales

Job Description:

The organization seeks a Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team towards achieving their targets.

A successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, motivate, and oversee the performance of a sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of sales staff.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving any escalated client concerns effectively.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years in real estate sales, with 3-6 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
