Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications, providing support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Student and Faculty Services: Assist with student admissions and enrollment processes, supporting faculty members with printing, scanning, and distributing study materials.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of administrative activities, including document verification, filing, and retrieval.
- Examination Coordination: Assist in the coordination of examinations, ensuring smooth seating arrangements and material distribution.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to assist with administrative tasks and manage office operations effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
