Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of strategies to increase product awareness, education, and adoption among developers.

This role requires a deep understanding of the target audience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive community growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement developer programs with a focus on awareness, education, and adoption of products.
  • Analyze current user base data and identify opportunities to reach a broader audience.
  • Create strategies to grow and scale the developer community, developing campaigns to engage with developers on a large scale.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community engagement strategies with business goals.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content and events to foster active participation and interaction among community members.
  • Design and conduct experiments across various marketing channels, email, social media, content, events, etc., to discover effective acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience in marketing to developers or from a developer-first, developer-plus organization is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
