Job Role:

As the Cluster Head Business Development at Prepladder, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in business development, a keen understanding of the medical education sector, and leadership skills to motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance Prepladder's reach and impact.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Individual Contribution:
- Establish and nurture relationships with medical colleges and Student Ambassadors to contribute to sales targets.
- Leverage your industry knowledge and network to drive individual sales and revenue generation.

Team Handling:

- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in the sales domain.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel.
