Job Overview

A highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead is required to oversee overall recruitment and talent management, including strategic planning, vendor relationships, payroll compliance, and generalist functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of training programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Affinity for data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
