Job Summary:

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial close platforms, system configuration, and workflow automation to drive business growth and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our BlackLine platform, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems and other financial tools.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for BlackLine, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements, driving process optimization and automation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support financial close and audit readiness.
Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with BlackLine administration or similar financial close platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial close processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Proficiency in system configuration, user management, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, SFTP, ETL).
Technical Skills and Experience:

Desirable Skills:

  • BlackLine certification or formal training.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica).
