Job Description

Drones Leadership Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to oversee the development, integration, and deployment of drones for AI-powered defense and surveillance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to lead the end-to-end drone system development process from design and integration to flight testing and operational deployment.
  • Design and architect drone platforms with propulsion systems, flight controllers, payloads (EO/IR gimbals, Jetson-class compute), and secure communication systems.
  • Oversee hardware and software development, including mission planning and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on drone platform development and integration.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, quality assurance processes, and safety protocols.
  • Define multi-drone coordination, handoff, and scaling strategies.
  • Build and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and project managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drone program stakeholders, including clients and partners.
