We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Engineering Expert to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the success of our Digital Transformation project for Telengana CPMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in building engineering disciplines, including structural, MEP, architectural, within the digital transformation team.
- Lead integration and implementation of BIM, digital twins, IoT-enabled systems, and smart building technologies.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop digital workflows, simulation models, and data standards to support lifecycle building performance.
- Translate engineering requirements into digital tool specifications and support development of custom solutions when needed.
- Guide digital asset management practices, including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and sustainability tracking.
- Champion innovation across design, construction, and facilities management, driving adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and contribute to skill development programs for engineering and operations personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
- 8 years of experience in building design, construction, or facilities management.
- Proven experience working with BIM platforms, e.g., Revit, Navisworks, simulation tools, and smart building systems.
- Understanding of green building standards, e.g., LEED, WELL, IGBC, and lifecycle cost analysis.
- Familiarity with data analytics, IoT integration, and digital project delivery platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
