It has been more than 60 years since SYSTRA has garnered expertise that spans the entire spectrum of Mass Rapid Transit System SYSTRA India s valuable presence in India roots back to 1957 where SYSTRA worked on the electrification of Indian Railways Our technical excellence holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency Understand better who we are by visiting www systra in Context This position is for the role of Domain Expert - Buildings Digital Transformation for Telengana CPMS project Missions Main Duties Serve as the subject matter expert in building engineering disciplines structural MEP architectural within the digital transformation team Lead integration and implementation of BIM digital twins IoT-enabled systems and smart building technologies Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop digital workflows simulation models and data standards to support lifecycle building performance Translate engineering requirements into digital tool specifications and support development of custom solutions when needed Guide digital asset management practices including condition monitoring predictive maintenance and sustainability tracking Champion innovation across design construction and facilities management driving adoption of new technologies and best practices Provide mentorship and contribute to skill development programs for engineering and operations personnel Profile Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Architecture 8 years of experience in building design construction or facilities management Proven experience working with BIM platforms e g Revit Navisworks simulation tools and smart building systems Understanding of green building standards e g LEED WELL IGBC and lifecycle cost analysis Familiarity with data analytics IoT integration and digital project delivery platforms Strong stakeholder engagement communication and leadership skills We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
