Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and test complex control systems.
  • Develop software applications for human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and associated control logic.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their process requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and execution
  • Technical leadership and mentoring
  • Customer communication and relationship management
  • Design specification development and configuration guideline creation
  • Test protocol development and supervision
  • Commissioning and FAT/SAT participation
  • Scope creep and change management
  • Issue and risk management
  • Coach and develop system engineer skills
  • Coordination with system integrators

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in control system software application development and delivery
  • Experience in leading engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) with software programming skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication or any related field
  • DeltaV experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic
  • Basic understanding of TypeScript would be preferred
