Job Title: DCS System Engineer

Job Description:

This role will involve designing, implementing and testing DCS software solutions for various customers in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, food and beverages, pharma, pulp and paper industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DCS/PLC systems, experience with batch process applications, and knowledge of networking protocols and concepts.

  • Design and implement system software (user interface system, database, control logics, batch layer etc.).
  • Support lead engineers as area/sub-lead for medium to large size projects.
  • Conduct FAT/SAT/commissioning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-7 years experience in DCS system software configuration and test.
  • Experience with DCS-software configuration and test, batch and S88 applications desirable.
  • Conducting FAT/SAT activities.
  • Knowledge of third-party interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.).
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
