Product Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

  • Build a deep understanding of our existing business using internal and external data.
  • Inform business and product strategy by defining and instrumenting core metrics for product initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data initiatives that positively impact user experience and improve product adoption.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/ B.E or Master's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any equivalent field.
  • Experience analyzing usage data for SaaS products with a background preferably in contact centre operations and AI is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 - 8 years of overall industry experience in the data analytics domain highly preferred, with hands-on knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripting.
  • Knowledge about the Hadoop ecosystem and its components with hands-on experience in automating scripts is required.
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau and/or event tracking tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to tell complicated technical content and analytical insights simply to multiple audiences including executives.
