Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. Youll work closely with the Product team to analyse data, uncover insights, and help shape product experiences used by millions of users. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical problem-solving with direct exposure to users and real-world healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Use analytics tools (Mixpanel, Redshift, etc.) to analyse user behavior and product performance
- Write efficient SQL queries and build reports/dashboards to track key metrics
- Translate data into actionable insights to support product and business decisions
- Interact with customers (calls, field visits) to gather feedback and understand needs
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve product experience

What Were Looking For

- 23 years of experience as a Product Analyst (experience in startups/healthtech is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach with willingness to engage with users directly
