About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Plant Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in preparing and submitting government tenders, conducting product research, and developing strategic relationships with suppliers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation and Submission

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting government tenders, proposals, and quotations in response to client inquiries.

Product Research and Development

They will conduct research on power plant products, including thermal and wind energy sectors, to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Supplier Relationships and Negotiation

The Senior Power Plant Engineer will develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Collaboration and Communication

They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in government tenders submission, business development, or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
