As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will play a crucial role in the design engineering of solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and plan Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plants across Distributed Generation, Commercial and Industrial, and Utility verticals
  • Conduct site studies, shadow analysis, power evacuation feasibility, and analyze data on location, weather conditions, irradiation, shading, etc.
  • Develop engineering drawings, including AC/DC SLD, Inverter Control room and MCR Equipment Layout, Overall Array layouts, AC/DC Cable Schedule and Layout, DC Equipment, SCADA, Earthing, etc.
  • Analyze PVSYST Simulation, Solar GIS, Metronome, 3 tier, etc. data for pre-bid and post-bid assessments
  • Design and estimate project engineering with BOQ for Fix tilt, seasonal tilt, single axis trackers
  • Interact with lenders' and investors' technical teams

Ideal Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4-7 years of experience in renewable industry preferred
  • Excellent command over all aspects of Design Engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical capabilities essential
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in design software like PVSYST, Autocad, SketchUp
