  • Ensure effective implementation of various training programs.
  • Provide feedback to ongoing sales and non-sales teams based on mock calls/buddy up sessions while on the job.
  • Develop training kits related to various departments.
  • Monitor and assess sales performance using key metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience as a corporate trainer in real estate is preferred.
  • Pleasing personality with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and foster continuous learning.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
