About the Role
We're seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to lead our team in crafting exceptional user interfaces and experiences. In this role, you'll focus on understanding user needs, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Leverage design tools like Figma and AI-powered platforms to streamline UI creation.
  • Create production-ready designs, including supporting graphics and icons.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across devices and platforms.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • Present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
  • Iterate based on feedback and testing results.

Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience as a User Experience Designer with strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio showcasing problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable explaining design rationale and decisions.
  • Ability to iterate rapidly and adapt designs based on user feedback and project needs.

Bonus Experience
  • Experience with creating content for game engines or websites.
  • Previous AR/VR work experience.
