Senior User Experience Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to create innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in dashboard and complex web application design, with the ability to craft experiences that balance form and function.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive dashboards and data-driven web interfaces that meet the needs of users.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform future improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system that aligns with business goals.
  • Transform complex workflows into simple and user-friendly experiences that drive engagement.

You should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in senior UX design roles for web applications (preferably B2B/SaaS).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing dashboard designs and web UIs that demonstrate your expertise.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with data visualization and design systems to enhance the user experience.
  • A basic understanding of front-end technologies to inform design decisions and improve collaboration with developers.
