Job Title: Senior Visual Arts Director
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee our graphic design team. As a Senior Visual Arts Director, you will be responsible for managing a talented team of designers, driving the execution of print and digital ad designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 15–20 member graphic design team to deliver exceptional results
- Drive creative direction and execute print and digital ad designs that meet or exceed business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team capacity and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing large teams of designers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of design principles and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
