About the Role

This position is responsible for planning and coordinating all activities required to perform, monitor, and report on technical support processes.

  • Working on a development queue to reduce support backlog and improve solution share.
  • Responsible for recording and classifying received incidents, undertaking immediate effort to restore them.
  • Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all incidents and service requests.
  • Escalate major incidents to Incident or Problem Manager.
  • Own all incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.

Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce is essential for this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Hybris, web development, and other web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, JSON, SQL, etc.
  • Customer-facing support experience or proven ability to communicate technical ideas to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of mobile platform development (iOS and Android) is an advantage.
  • General understanding of programming languages, APIs, and database technologies.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise web architectures.
