Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite installation, qualification, repair, and maintenance of Thermo Fisher Scientific's range of LSMS and IOMS equipment in a professional, reliable, and customer-oriented manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer SLA, industry standards, and internal critical metric objectives.
  • Respond promptly and proactively to customer needs, maintaining close relationships with Company Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering.
  • 10 years of hands-on experience servicing Mass Spectrometry (LCMS/GCMS/Inorganic MS) equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish individual and team objectives.
