We are seeking an experienced Application Packaging Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment of applications on Windows Operating Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and testing of software for customer environments
  • Incident resolution and request fulfillment
  • Execution of application packaging process within Service Level Agreement (SLA) limits
  • Packaging, technical testing, documentation, deployment, maintenance, and resolving incidents related to packages
  • Liaising with change management, customers, application owners, and vendors as required

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in preparing applications for deployment on Windows Operating Systems
  • Thorough knowledge of MSI and MSIX packaging frameworks
  • Intermediate level knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and basic level VB scripting
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Intune product family including Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • Excellent troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills
  • Experience working in an ITIL-based operations environment using ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in preparing applications for a Citrix environment
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and Microsoft Defender
