Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the cybersecurity of our IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems on the shop floor.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventories by verifying and updating data in systems like Ondeso and Otorio.

Provide support for critical equipment cloning, backup, and restoration testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess vulnerabilities in both IT and OT assets.
  • Develop and execute mitigation plans for identified critical risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and the IT team to apply security patches and firmware updates in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, with a focus on OT security.
  • Brief knowledge of vulnerability identification and mitigation.
  • Understanding of risk analysis on OT assets.
