Job Overview

Conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs that communicate brand message and resonate with target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative concepts for marketing initiatives across channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and create designs that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain brand identity guidelines for consistency in visual elements.
  • Create captivating visual assets for website design, landing pages, email templates, social media campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in graphic design or related field with proven track record working with North American clients.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing various design projects, demonstrating expertise in different design styles and creative concepts.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, video editing, and UI/UX principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), FIGMA, or similar tools.
  • An in-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • A detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
