UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to drive the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design, proficiency in Figma and other design tools, and knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end design processes for enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern product workflows would be an added advantage.
