We're Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer

Victory Cineworld is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

If you have a strong design sense, passion for storytelling, and expertise in creating engaging visual content, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Lead design projects for corporate films, ad campaigns, and digital content
  • Create brand identities, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure creative consistency across projects
  • Collaborate with the video production & marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional design experience (media/production industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity & originality (link required)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
