Job Title:

Azure HCM Developer/Analyst

Description:

This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, which includes requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing.

  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.

To achieve this, you will need to have experience using Oracle Database 19c or above, as well as proficient in PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Azure HCM development.
  • Familiarity with Linux and PeopleSoft development tools.
  • Experience in Azure production support.
  • Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field.
