Cloud Architect Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building cloud environments using Microsoft enterprise landing zones in Azure. This involves creating the foundation and building blocks of cloud infrastructure, managing Kubernetes clusters on top of Azure AKS, and providing developer tools and builders library for software engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions using cloud-native services, preferably Azure or other cloud providers.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, or similar tools.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster administration, including setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands-on experience as Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or similar roles from Software development or system administration background.
  • Experience with Container and/or Serverless services in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of Hub & Spoke architecture.
  • Understanding of networking architecture, including DNS, routing, subnet, NAT, CDN, load balancer, etc.
  • Understanding of Azure AD, access management concepts such as AD groups, IAM, etc.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with multiple cloud services based on use cases, preferably Azure or other cloud providers.
  • Understanding of security concepts, including Azure RBAC, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Azure policies, Firewall, etc.
