Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the overall architecture of our cloud solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available AWS architectures. They will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AWS solutions (DevOps, Development, Security). Additionally, they will assist in the implementation of AWS monitoring systems, security measures to safeguard AWS environments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.

Our ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing access control using IAM, experience with repository management (Git), and experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring AWS Workspaces. They will also have experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible Tower, AWS CloudFormation) and strong AWS implementation and administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS architectures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AWS solutions
  • Assist in the implementation of AWS monitoring systems
  • Assist in the implementation of security measures to safeguard AWS environments
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Strong experience implementing access control using IAM
  • Experience with repository management (Git)
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring AWS Workspaces
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible Tower, AWS CloudFormation)
  • Strong AWS implementation and administration experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Scripting capability and ability to develop scripted AWS infrastructure
  • General understanding of multi-region and hybrid cloud architectures
