Systems Integration Professional Job Description

The primary function of this role is to design and implement sales systems architecture, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.

This position requires a strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and other sales tools. The ideal candidate will be able to optimize system performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead system integration projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Sales Systems Architecture, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Optimize System Performance, by analyzing data quality and integrity, and generating reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Lead System Integration Projects, from start to finish, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Create and Maintain System Documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-On Experience with CRM Platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and ERP systems, such as NetSuite or SAP.
  • Experience with System Integration Tools, such as Zapier or Workato, and APIs.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Sales Workflows, KPIs, and Data Compliance Standards.
