We seek a skilled Coding Educator to join our global community. As an expert in programming, you will deliver engaging online coding classes to students aged 5–18.

Your teaching will cover both block-based and text-based programming, enabling students to build apps, websites, games, software, AI projects, and robotics solutions.

You will adapt your teaching style to match the learning patterns of different age groups, ensuring a fun, inspiring, and outcome-driven learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality, interactive online coding sessions to students globally.
  2. Teach both block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, etc.).
  3. Design curriculum-aligned projects in:

  5. Web Development
  6. Game Development
  7. Software Development
  8. AI & Machine Learning
  9. Robotics
  10. Foster a student-centric learning environment that encourages problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.
  11. Adapt teaching methodologies based on age group (5–18 years) and student learning patterns.
  12. Incorporate storytelling, real-world examples, and project-based learning to inspire students.
  13. Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths.
  14. Collaborate with curriculum designers, academic mentors, and parents to ensure learning goals are met.
  15. Create a positive, engaging, and motivating learning experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. US Accent Certified – ability to communicate in a clear, neutral, and engaging US accent.
  2. 5+ years of teaching experience in coding/programming to school or college students.
  3. Strong command of both block-based and text-based programming.
  4. Expertise in at least 3 of the following domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, Robotics.
  5. Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.
  6. Deep understanding of child & adolescent learning psychology.
  7. Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
  8. Passionate about inspiring young minds and nurturing innovation.
