Global Technical Lead for Broadcasting

Job Title: Senior Broadcast Engineer","

The key objective of this position is to oversee the technical aspects of broadcasting and ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' Global Experiential and Event Production Fleet.

","Key Responsibilities:","

• Develop, execute, and maintain proactive maintenance projects for broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.
• Resolve and analyze escalated issues from Tier 3 Incident/Response and Tier 2 Site Operations Teams.
• Identify patterns in technical issues and proactively develop solutions to ensure consistent fleet operations.
• Utilize scripting to configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures efficiently.
• Coordinate with partner services, client teams, and subject matter experts to provide global support.
• Report impact or projected impact to team lead and stakeholders.
• Support site operations as needed with projects and setup of various event or show elements.
• Maintain a knowledge base to support fleet operations for all tiers in the service.

","Requirements:","

• Proficiency in Unix, Windows, and Mac-based operating systems.
• Knowledge of online and event video production technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level network switches and routers.
• Understanding of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network, and control.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and project proposals.
• Flexibility to teach and learn new technologies and workflows.
• Ability to read and write line diagrams in technical design documents.

","Preferred Qualifications:","

• Administration of desktop and server OS support (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
• Experience with fleet management software like unified endpoint management (UEM).
• Virtual network computing (VNC) and secure shell experience.
• Helios/Novastar/Imposa LED Video Wall Processors, Creston NVX, Ross Dashboard, QSC Qsys Processors, Dante Network Audio Infrastructure Hardware & Software, Analog Way/Picturall/Christie, ETC Paradigm ACP, ETC Mosaic MSC, Telestream, and proficiency in scripting and automation processes.
• LED video walls and multi-projector installations, including configuration and maintenance of both hardware and software.
• Enterprise Cloud platforms, VMs running web services, web development, code, and database management.
• Message brokers, federation, and configuration using MQTT and RabbitMQ.
