Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled 3D Footwear Designer to join our team. As a 3D footwear designer, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life in the digital space and accelerating the design process.

Your role will involve partnering with designers, developers, and product teams to create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials across lifestyle and performance categories.

Key responsibilities include translating 2D sketches, mood boards, and design briefs into photorealistic renders, collaborating with design and development teams to ensure accuracy in construction, proportion, and manufacturability, and creating product storytelling assets using 3D visuals.

Additionally, you will be expected to push boundaries by integrating emerging 3D design technologies, such as AR/VR and virtual try-ons, and build a digital-first design workflow that reduces reliance on physical samples.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in 3D design tools, such as Rhino, Blender, KeyShot, Substance Painter, CLO3D, Modo, or similar
  • A strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and ergonomics
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and improving the design-to-market process
