What You'll Do

- Lead the English digital video team, setting high editorial and creative standards.
- Create compelling video content – from explainers and interviews to special shows and bulletins – made for digital-first consumption.
- Own the full video lifecycle: ideation → scripting → anchoring → editing → publishing → performance analysis.
- Grow our English YouTube channel and digital video presence with smart, data-driven strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, identifying new formats, features, and emerging platforms to experiment with.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, social media, and visual teams to keep our brand voice strong and consistent.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented video producers, anchors, and editors.
- Use performance data and analytics to constantly refine and optimize video strategy.

What We're Looking For

- 11–14 years of experience in digital journalism, with deep focus on English-language video content.
- A Master's in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- A proven track record of growing digital video audiences, especially on YouTube.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent diction, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Solid grasp of digital production tools, editorial workflows, and platform algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and drive results in fast-paced environments.
