
Sales Growth Associate

As a Sales Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This is a high-impact position where you will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.
This role involves:
- Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
- Managing the entire sales cycle – lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Responding to RFPs/RFQs and coordinating with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management- Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborating with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Tracking partner performance and ensuring delivery against KPIs.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
GTM & Revenue Strategy- Working with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
- Providing market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
- Tracking and reporting sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships.
- Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
