As a Founders Office Associate, you will drive revenue growth, support strategic partnerships, manage go-to-market workflows, and enable cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth & GTM Execution: Drive revenue growth by supporting sales efforts, managing lead generation, and tracking pipeline progress.
- Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and service level agreements are met.
- Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
- Partnership & Strategic Projects: Support founders in structuring partnership proposals, go-to-market plans, and strategic collaborations. Identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.
