Transformational Financial Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives in our Finance Operations Accounting & Analysis department.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior financial analysts and process/project managers to develop and execute projects that define new processes.

This role requires exceptional business acumen, including financial knowledge, to assess key decisions and balance business and customer needs versus technical constraints.

The successful candidate must have experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, program or project management expertise, and managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute transformational financial initiatives leveraging Machine Learning and Gen AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior financial analysts and process/project managers to develop and execute strategic projects.
  • Define and establish best practices and coordinate projects with senior leadership.
  • Identify re-engineering activities and drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality.
