We are looking for Someone who can balance creative ambition with financial discipline — and support bold decisions with solid numbers .
Key Responsibilities:
Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth .
Building financial models that help us see around corners and make smarter decisions .
Owning audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners (no loose ends) .
Building a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business .
EXPERIENCE &
QUALIFICATIONS :
~ CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups , e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces .
~ Strategic finance chops — you're not just operational; you think big and long-term .
~ Experience building financial systems and models from scratch .
~ Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams .
~ 6-day work culture .
~ Worked in D2C, Q-commerce, fashion startups will be an added advantage .
