We are hiring a Telecalling Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises making financial management easier.
The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone a proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups and basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
- Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
- Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls leads and customer responses in CRM tools.
- Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.
