Job Title:

Sustainability & Management Systems Professional

  • Craft and implement environmentally responsible strategies to drive sustainability initiatives within an organization.
  • Liaise with third-party stakeholders and customers during audits, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Evaluate compliance on environmental, social, and governance matters at internal and external levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of environmental, social, and governance strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Develop and present reports related to environmental performance, energy usage, EHS metrics, legal compliance evaluations, and corrective actions for review and consolidation.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with employees through training sessions and workshops to enhance their knowledge of ESG, EHS, and energy best practices.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with environmental, social, and governance standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities in ESG and EHS contexts.
  • Auditing skills to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Desirable: Additional qualifications in ESG, Lead Auditor for EHS and energy systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ESG, EHS, and energy systems in the automotive industry.
